Raw Material Preparing

Raw materials preparing department is mainly important point for Production process. In this department , we prepare rubber materials for production department . Used with Elastomers and Chemicals , we obtain a rubber formulation.

Moulding

New Products , New Design and Revision for Used Moulding . Moulding department supply new mouldings for producing new products. By Powerful Machine Parks , We make so many mouldings for our customers. We use 2D and 3D Graphical drawings by Mastercam.

Production

Production Department is vulcanized rubber materials as moulding shapes. Hydraulic Press and Vertical and Horizantal Injection Machines are used for this process.

At the production step , Our Quality Controllers check the products for described times in working time.

Quality

Quality is most important for us . So we have a chemical test labour . In this departmant , we test our products as ASTM and ISO Standarts. OKKS Chemical Test Labour is tested about Hardness , Tensile strenght and Elongation , Tearing , Density check , Leakage test ...

Logistic and Offices

Our Logistic Deparment is mostly used for shipping and stocking our products. We target to best delivery time for our customers so we always stock our products in warehouse , Logistic dept.
