Raw materials preparing department is mainly important point for Production process. In this department , we prepare rubber materials for production department . Used with Elastomers and Chemicals , we obtain a rubber formulation.

Preparing Silicon ( VMQ ) for Production Process

Finished Formulisation Silicon Elastomers are passed Cylinder Mixer Process

In this process is so important because if this process is not finish completely , it can be some problems like Formulisation . It must be mixed so well . Each chemicals are complicated with Silicone in this step.

After Cylinder Process , Silicon elastomer is shaped for extruder process.

Extruder Process is shaped the silicione as used thickness . In this shaped silicon is used by Production Department.
