50 Years of Manufacturing Experience
Since its establishment in 1974, OKKS has continuously developed its manufacturing capabilities, infrastructure and expertise in rubber and elastomer products.
From our early focus on automotive and tractor spare parts to our current production capabilities for automotive, tractors, construction machinery and industrial applications, our development has been driven by quality, technical capability and continuous improvement.
Today, we operate from our production facility in the Hasanağa Organized Industrial Zone, with 10,000 m² of total facility area and 7,000 m² of enclosed production space. Our manufacturing infrastructure, laboratory capabilities and quality management systems support our commitment to reliable and consistent production.
Over five decades, we have continued to expand our capabilities, strengthen our quality standards and adapt to the evolving requirements of our customers and international markets.
Orta Karadeniz Kauçuk Sanayi was established in Bursa for the production of rubber components for the automotive industry and tractor spare parts sector.
The TSE 4709 certificate was obtained as part of the development of our product and manufacturing capabilities.
In the same year, the TSE 10356 certificate was obtained, further strengthening our competence in complying with the relevant standards for our products.
Our machinery park was renewed to enhance our production capacity and technical capabilities. With new manufacturing technologies, we established an infrastructure capable of meeting a broader range of product requirements and diverse customer needs.
With the development of our manufacturing operations, we moved to our current production facility in the Hasanağa Organized Industrial Zone.
With the registration of the OKKS trademark, our brand identity and intellectual property structure were secured.
Our laboratory capabilities were developed to enable more effective testing and control of products and raw materials.
By obtaining the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, we established our quality management processes in a systematic structure in accordance with international standards.
In the same year, we obtained the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certification, making environmental responsibility an integral part of our manufacturing processes.
We developed our hose manufacturing infrastructure to expand our product portfolio and meet the needs of construction machinery, tractors and various industrial applications.
We carry forward our manufacturing journey, which began in 1974, with 50 years of industry experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
