Reliability at every stage of production.
Process-Oriented Quality Control
Our quality controls are not limited to the final product stage but are carried out at different stages of the production process. Relevant quality criteria are monitored from incoming raw materials and production processes through to final product inspections, enabling potential non-conformities to be identified at an early stage and the necessary actions to be taken.
In-House Testing and Verification
With our in-house laboratory infrastructure, the necessary tests and inspections are carried out to verify the technical properties of rubber and polymer materials and products. The scope of testing is determined according to the technical requirements of the product, customer specifications and relevant acceptance criteria.
Pre- and Post-Production Verification
The conformity of incoming raw materials and the compliance of finished products with defined technical requirements are verified. Depending on the product characteristics, physical, mechanical, dimensional and visual inspections are performed.
Verification of Technical Properties
Physical, mechanical and performance tests are carried out in our laboratory to verify the technical properties of materials and products. Tests are performed according to the product structure, operating conditions, customer requirements and relevant acceptance criteria, providing measurable and reliable results.
Measurable Results. Controlled Decisions.
Laboratory and quality control results are evaluated against customer technical requirements, technical drawings, specifications and relevant internal acceptance criteria. Based on the results obtained, product or process conformity is determined and corrective actions are implemented where necessary.

The vulcanization and curing behavior of rubber compounds is evaluated according to their material properties. Rheological parameters such as TS2, T90, ML and MH are determined to assess suitable process conditions.
The hardness of rubber materials is measured on the Shore A scale to verify product compliance with technical requirements. Tests are performed in accordance with customer requirements and applicable TS/ISO standards.
The tensile strength and elongation at break of materials are determined to evaluate their mechanical performance. Tests are performed in accordance with customer requirements and applicable TS/ISO standards.
The density of rubber materials is determined to verify the conformity of raw materials and products with technical requirements. Tests are performed in accordance with customer requirements and applicable TS/ISO standards.
The permanent deformation behavior of rubber materials is evaluated after exposure to specified temperature, time and compression conditions. Tests are performed in accordance with customer requirements and applicable TS/ISO standards.
Changes in the physical and mechanical properties of rubber materials are evaluated following aging under specified temperature and time conditions. Tests are performed in accordance with customer requirements and applicable TS/ISO standards.
The resistance of rubber materials to fluids is evaluated by examining changes in their physical and mechanical properties after exposure to oils, fuels and various operating fluids. Tests are performed in accordance with customer requirements and applicable TS/ISO standards.
