Delivery and Return Terms

Orta Karadeniz Kauçuk San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Seller") ships orders placed on okks.com.tr to addresses in Türkiye only. Orders are prepared and handed to our contracted carrier within 3-7 business days after payment is confirmed; for out-of-stock items the estimated time is communicated separately, and delivery never exceeds 30 days from the order date. Tracking details are emailed once the order ships and the status can also be followed on the "Order Tracking" page.

Shipping is free for orders of 5,000 TRY or more (VAT included); below that a 200 TRY shipping fee (VAT included) applies and is shown in the order summary before confirmation. Please inspect the package in front of the courier; if it is damaged or incomplete, have a report drawn up and notify info@okks.com.tr as soon as possible.

Consumer buyers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Returned products must be unused, not installed and complete in their original packaging; custom-made products are excluded. Returns go to Hasanağa Organize Sanayi Bölgesi Mah. 14. Cadde No: 11, 16280 Nilüfer/Bursa, Türkiye. Return shipping is paid by the Buyer for withdrawals and by the Seller for defective products.
