Our manufacturing process is structured and carried out in a controlled manner in accordance with approved technical requirements and the production plan. From production planning and line setup to vulcanization, in-process quality control, finishing and cleaning, each stage is performed in compliance with product requirements and defined process conditions.
The production planning process is managed through our ERP system in line with customer requirements, order information and production requirements. A production order is created for the product to be manufactured, with the product code, production quantity, required mold, relevant production line and process information defined in the system. Based on the production order, the necessary production preparations are carried out and the relevant information is transferred to the production team. This ensures that the production process is managed in a planned, traceable and controlled manner.
The production line is prepared according to the product and process requirements defined in the production order. The relevant mold, equipment and production tools are installed on the line, and the operating conditions required by the process are established.
The vulcanization of rubber components is carried out on the prepared production line within the parameters defined according to the product and process requirements. Relevant process conditions are monitored throughout production to achieve controlled and repeatable production.
During the vulcanization process, manufactured components undergo in-process quality checks in accordance with the technical and visual requirements of the product. The condition of the parts as they are removed from the mold, their visual characteristics and, where applicable, dimensional criteria are inspected to monitor conformity with defined standards. Where non-conformities are identified, the necessary process checks and corrective actions are carried out.
Following vulcanization, the components undergo finishing and cleaning operations to meet the technical and visual requirements of the product. Flash, mold marks or process-related residues that may occur on the parts are removed using methods appropriate to the product requirements.
