From Technical Requirements to Custom Products.
We develop customized production solutions for a wide range of rubber and polymer products based on our customers’ technical drawings, 3D models, samples or material requirements. With our in-house tooling and manufacturing infrastructure, we develop molds and production processes in accordance with the technical requirements of each product and transfer the products to series production following the necessary inspections and approvals.
The product’s technical requirements are evaluated based on the technical drawing, 3D model, sample or material information provided by the customer.
The appropriate mold and production method are determined according to the product geometry, material requirements and operating conditions. The required molds are manufactured in our in-house toolroom and prepared for the relevant production process.
Samples are produced using the prepared mold and production process. Following the completion of the necessary inspections and verification of product conformity, the product is transferred to series production.
