Technical Precision. Controlled Process.
As one of the fundamental stages of our manufacturing operations, the molding process is planned and carried out in accordance with customer technical drawings, specifications, product requirements and specific project requirements. With our in-house tooling infrastructure, we develop and manufacture tooling solutions within our own facilities, while carrying out the necessary controls throughout the process, from the selection and inspection of raw materials to forming and laboratory verification. This ensures that each production process progresses in a controlled manner in accordance with defined technical and quality criteria.

Coordination of tooling, compounding and production processes

The molds required for our series production products and customer-specific projects are prepared in-house. Mold solutions are developed according to product requirements, manufactured internally and subject to the necessary checks before being released for production.

The appropriate rubber type and required auxiliary materials are determined in accordance with the requirements specified in the customer’s technical drawing, specifications and special requests.

The conformity of the raw materials to be used, batch/lot information and required incoming inspection results are verified. Materials that have passed the required checks are released for the production process.

Following the completion of incoming inspections, the rubber material is formed into sheets, strips or other required forms suitable for the subsequent production process.

The necessary laboratory inspections and tests are performed to verify that the prepared rubber material meets the specified technical requirements. Depending on the requirements, tests such as hardness, density, rheometer (T90/TS2), tensile strength, elongation at break, compression set and other relevant tests may be performed.

Laboratory test results are evaluated against customer technical requirements, technical drawings, specifications and applicable internal acceptance criteria.

Material that has been verified as conforming is approved for use in the production process and transferred to the relevant production stage. For non-conforming materials, the necessary corrective actions and re-inspection procedures are carried out.
